What is a tourist train?

A tourist special train is a specially approved tourist train for a certain trip. Tourists travel on the same train, in the same berth, and get off to visit or stay in a hotel. The special train waits locally, and heavy luggage can be placed on the special train. The entire train only serves this tourist group.
