Is the Shifang train a green train? I have saved some money in the past two years and want to book a better special train to take my parents to Xinjiang for fun.

The Shifang train is indeed not a green train, but a new type of tourist train with very new facilities. If the budget is sufficient, choose between premium or exclusive options if you want something better. Enjoy a full meal and 5 special meals at the Five Diamond Hotel; Enjoy full admission and scenic transportation, and also take a car to cross the Duku Highway. I booked a deluxe platinum quadruple room for my parents, which is considered a mid to high end room type. The soundproof sliding door is very quiet when closed, and the customized bedding is even softer than at home. My parents said they sleep soundly. There was no shopping throughout the entire journey, and the tour guide even helped carry the luggage, which was so hassle free. You can get on the foot travel special train to learn about it. They have introduced this special train very comprehensively, which is completely different from the traditional train you imagine.
