Special train complaints and suggestions

1. The foot travel special train only accepts complaints and suggestions from passengers who book through this website.

2. Complaints and suggestions must have clear targets and specific reasons.

3. The following complaints will not be accepted:
(1) No specific complaint facts;
(2) If the court or arbitration institution is currently accepting or has already taken legal effect, or if other administrative agencies are handling it;
(3) The parties to the dispute have reached an agreement and have fulfilled it, with no new grounds for complaint;
(4) Not in compliance with relevant national laws, regulations, and rules.
