Rules for Refund and Change of Three Gorges Ship Tickets
After the order takes effect, if the order is cancelled due to tourist reasons, business loss fees will be charged according to the following standards:
Tourists who notify cancellation 30 days or more before departure will be charged a 10% fee for the order
15 to 29 days prior to departure, customers will be notified of cancellation and a 30% fee will be charged for the order
11 to 14 days prior to departure, tourists will be notified of cancellation and a 50% fee will be charged for the order
Within 10 days before departure and after departure, if the tourist notifies cancellation, a 100% fee will be charged for the order
Note: The refund and modification rules for holidays (Spring Festival, May Day, National Day) and special voyages (such as special offers, early bird activities, etc.) shall be subject to customer service notification or contract.
