Special train booking requirements

1. The special train is a chartered vehicle, and the travel agency needs to pay the railway department's performance bond, hotel deposit, and other fees in advance. Therefore, please make the payment as soon as the itinerary is confirmed.

2. Unless otherwise specified, the corresponding room type price is the price of one bed per person; If the shared room on the train is mixed gender, the hotel will arrange for same gender shared rooms upon arrival; Some room types do not support shared rooms, and if one person registers, they need to make up for the difference in a single room.

3. All itineraries and prices are for reference of Chinese tourists. Passport holders are restricted from visiting some scenic spots. Please consult customer service for details.

4. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Transport, special train reservations are subject to real name registration. Please provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, ID number, nationality, contact information, etc.) when making reservations to avoid booking errors and affecting travel. If losses are caused due to providing incorrect information, the tourist shall bear the responsibility on their own.

5. Please bring the original document that matches the information provided at the time of ticket purchase and is within the validity period when taking the bus; If the inability to take the bus is due to personal reasons, the losses caused shall be borne by the tourists themselves.

6. Trains entering and exiting the station must enter the station in advance and wait for the train. According to railway management regulations, all regions must arrive at the station one hour or more in advance and cooperate with security checks in accordance with regulations.

7. Tourists are aware and aware that railway transportation is related to the national economy and people's livelihood. Railway transportation organization follows the principle of unified dispatch and command. In case of unforeseeable events or related departments' scheduling, construction, line accidents, vehicle failures, line heavy lines, etc., which cause the travel special train to be advanced or delayed, our company will notify 7 days in advance. If the travel special train cannot be operated, our company will notify 5 days in advance, and the travel agency will not bear any breach of contract liability.

8. The specific departure time and stopping point of the special train shall be subject to the orders of relevant departments! Due to reasons such as railway system scheduling, construction, line accidents, vehicle malfunctions, and changes in train schedules, the delay of tourist trains and other factors that affect tourist travel itineraries are considered force majeure factors, and travel agencies do not assume any liability for breach of contract.

9. The special train is a chartered train, and after the contract is signed, the ticket cannot be changed, shared, changed or refunded.

10. The special train is of a chartered nature, and the booking is confirmed upon registration. Tourists should follow the itinerary arrangement. If they leave the group midway, they must sign the departure notice and bear the return cost. After leaving the group, the arrangements and safety matters are the responsibility of the tourists themselves.
