Cancel rule:

30 days or more before the trip, 10% of the total order amount will be charged;

Collect 20% of the total order amount 15-29 days before the trip

Collect 50% of the total order amount 8-14 days before the trip

Within 7 days before the trip, 100% of the total order amount will be charged

Renaming rules:

Tourists can change their travel personnel at least 4 working days before departure without any loss

For special shifts

Cancel rule:

(1) If the travel advance payment is cancelled due to personal reasons after collection, the advance payment will not be refunded;

(2) The final payment shall be made 30 days before the departure date. If the final payment is not paid due to any personal reasons, it shall be deemed as automatic waiver and the advance payment shall not be refunded;

(3) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons 15-29 days before the departure date (inclusive), 50% of the contract amount will be charged;

(4) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons 1-14 days before the departure date (inclusive), 70% of the contract amount will be charged;

(5) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons on the departure day, 85% of the contract amount will be charged.

Renaming rules:

Tourists can change their travel personnel 3 days before departure without any loss (except for booking tickets on behalf of others).

Cancel rule:

31 days or more before the trip, no loss of cancellation;

21-30 days before the trip (inclusive), 30% of the total order amount will be charged

8-20 days before the trip (inclusive), 50% of the total order amount will be charged

Within 7 days before the trip, 100% of the total order amount will be charged

3. Silk Road Dream Enjoyment

Cancel rule:

31 days or more before the trip, no loss of cancellation;

21-30 days before the trip (inclusive), 30% of the total order amount will be charged

8-20 days before the trip (inclusive), 50% of the total order amount will be charged

Within 7 days before the trip, 100% of the total order amount will be charged

4. Shifang Number

Cancel rule:

(1) If the travel advance payment is cancelled due to personal reasons after collection, the advance payment will not be refunded;

(2) The final payment shall be made 30 days before the departure date. If the final payment is not paid due to any personal reasons, it shall be deemed as automatic waiver and the advance payment shall not be refunded;

(3) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons 15-29 days before the departure date (inclusive), 50% of the contract amount will be charged;

(4) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons 1-14 days before the departure date (inclusive), 70% of the contract amount will be charged;

(5) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons on the departure day, 85% of the contract amount will be charged.

If the travel advance payment is cancelled due to personal reasons after collection, the advance payment will not be refunded;

If cancelled due to personal reasons 15-29 days before the departure date (inclusive), 50% of the total travel fee will be charged;

If cancelled due to personal reasons 1-14 days before the departure date (inclusive), 85% of the total travel fee will be charged;

On the day of departure, if the cancellation is due to personal reasons, 100% of the total travel fee will be charged.

If cancelled due to personal reasons within 1-7 days before the departure date, 80% of the total travel fee will be charged

(3) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons 15-29 days before the departure date (inclusive), 50% of the contract amount will be charged;

(4) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons 1-14 days before the departure date (inclusive), 70% of the contract amount will be charged;

(5) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons on the departure day, 85% of the contract amount will be charged.

(1) After receiving the advance payment, if cancelled due to personal reasons, the advance payment will not be refunded;

(3) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons 15-29 days before the departure date (inclusive), 60% of the contract amount will be charged;

(4) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons 1-14 days before the departure date (inclusive), 80% of the contract amount will be charged;

(5) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons on the departure day, 100% of the contract amount will be charged.

8. Lindu Hao

Cancel rule:

(1) After receiving the advance payment, if the cancellation is due to personal reasons, a deduction of 15000 yuan per person will be made for the loss of the storefront;

(2) Pay the remaining balance 30 days before the departure date. If the balance is not paid due to any personal reasons, it will be deemed as an automatic waiver and a deduction of 15000 yuan per person will be made for the loss of the berth;

(3) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons 4-7 days before the departure date (inclusive), a fee of 15000 yuan per person will be charged, which is 60% of the contract amount after the loss of the berth;

(4) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons 1-14 days before the departure date (inclusive), a fee of 15000 yuan per person will be charged, which is 80% of the contract amount after the loss of the berth;

(5) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons on the departure day, a fee of 15000 yuan per person will be charged, which is 100% of the contract amount after the loss of the berth.
