During this period, our company will not provide any related services or assistance, and all expenses will be borne by the tourist.
8. The local travel agency uses the "Tourist Opinion Form" filled out by tourists in Lhasa as the main basis for measuring their satisfaction with participating in the tour. Respected tourists are requested to fill it out carefully in accordance with the principles of fairness, impartiality, and seeking truth from facts. 2. Hotel Inn

The use of senior citizen certificates, disability certificates, military certificates, etc. will be refunded by the travel agency based on the discounted price for the group and the price difference between the tickets purchased using the above-mentioned certificates and the transportation within the scenic spots. When the number of tourists who give up on the scenic spot or use the above-mentioned documents is too high, resulting in the inability to meet the minimum group discount price specified by the scenic spot, the refund fee should be correspondingly reduced or not refunded. 8. Tour guide leader
The tour guides and other staff of Party B are unable to provide one-on-one services to Party A. Party B's staff have fully informed Party A of the precautions and requirements for Party A's physical health during the registration process. During the tourism activities, Party A must pay attention to its own safety and the safety of accompanying minors, keep personal finances safe, and carry valuable items with it.
9. Personal medical history
This long-distance trip is long and has a large temperature difference. Please read the relevant precautions carefully before registering. On the premise of fully understanding the hardships of the journey and the limited medical conditions during the trip, Party A determines that its own health condition is suitable for participating in this tourism activity. After registering with Party B, Party A shall not be held responsible for any injury or death caused by personal medical history or physical disabilities that have not been clearly stated to Party B and have not provided corresponding diagnostic certificates during the tourism trip. Such situations are also included in the deductible scope of the existing insurance company's liability insurance and accident insurance clauses. The second party is a non health medical professional consulting institution and cannot determine whether the physical health condition of the first party is suitable for participating in this tourism activity. By signing a tourism contract with the second party, it is deemed that the first party has understood the hardships of this trip and the limited medical conditions during the itinerary, and has obtained the consent of a professional doctor. When registering, Party A shall ensure that they are in good health and able to complete the tourism activities. For those with poor physical health, please consult a doctor to see if they can participate in this tourism activity. According to their own situation, they should prepare common and emergency medicines. Party A shall bear the responsibility for any consequences caused by their own illness. Before leaving the tour, Party A must sign and confirm (Tourist Health Confirmation Form); If Party A has an emergency, please notify the staff proactively. 10. Withdrawal instructions
If Party A is unable to participate in this tour due to unforeseen circumstances and needs to cancel the tour, all losses incurred shall be borne by Party A. If the tour fee paid by Party A is insufficient to compensate for the losses, Party A shall make up for the excess losses. 11. Civilized travel

12. Cost procurement and detachment from the group

The tourist understands and assumes all service content and risks. The climate conditions in Xizang are special. It is obvious that the temperature difference between day and night is large, the solar radiation is strong and dry. Xizang is high and the climate is cold. However, due to the long sunshine and time, the winter is not very cold. In spring (March May), the climate is cold, dry and the wind is strong. Jackets and sweaters can be worn; Summer (June to August): The climate is cool, with hot midday. Wide shirts and lightweight pants or skirts are recommended; Autumn (September to November): The climate is relatively cold and dry, and thick coats and sweaters can be worn; Winter (December February of the next year): The climate is cold and extremely dry. 2、 High altitude sickness (mountain sickness) and its prevention
The average altitude of Xizang is 4000 meters, and the oxygen content is 70% of that of the plain. Therefore, most tourists in Xizang will have different degrees of altitude reaction after arriving at Tibet. The symptoms are headache, insomnia, palpitation, shortness of breath, nausea and vomiting. Therefore, patients with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, lung, spleen and other body organs, disease history and hypertension should not take the risk to travel to the plateau. We suggest that you bring some medications for altitude sickness and related colds, diarrhea, and headaches, such as aspirin, diazepam, compound Codonopsis pilosula tablets, diuretic sulfonamide, anti cold drugs, glucose, norfloxacin, throat lozenges, chrysanthemum tea, summer mulberry chrysanthemum and American ginseng granules, Fengyoujing, vitamins C, E, B1, B6, etc. You can take Gao Yuan An, Hong Jing Tian oral liquid, etc. in advance (taking Hong Jing Tian 3 days before departure can greatly reduce altitude sickness), or you can take oxygen therapy at the hotel's oxygen bar appropriately. After entering high-altitude areas, it is important to eat more carbohydrates, easily digestible foods, drink plenty of water, and consume foods rich in vitamins such as fruits and vegetables. Maintaining a calm mind is an effective way to prevent altitude sickness. Please pay attention to identifying the authenticity of Tibetan medicine, cordyceps, saffron and other medicinal materials, or purchase them in formal shopping malls and pharmacies. As for hidden knives, they are not allowed on trains or planes. If you really like them, you can buy them and send them back through the post office. Be careful not to get stuck by some children when shopping, otherwise they will keep following you.
