Guests acknowledge that railway transportation is linked to the national economy and public wellbeing. Railway operations are managed under unified dispatching and command.If the special tourist train departs earlier or is delayed due to unforeseeable causes including emergencies, dispatching arrangements by competent authorities, railway construction, track incidents, rolling stock failures or heavy rail traffic, our company will provide 7 days’ prior notice. Should the special tourist train be unable to operate, we will notify guests 5 days in advance, and the travel agency shall not bear any liability for breach of contract.The actual departure time and stops of the special train are subject to the instructions of the competent authorities.
Delays and itinerary disruptions caused by railway scheduling, construction, track incidents, rolling stock malfunctions or train timetable revisions shall be deemed force majeure. The travel agency shall not assume any liability for breach of contract for such events.
Due to the charter nature of the tourist special train, travel agencies need to pay the railway department's performance guarantee deposit, hotel deposit and other fees in advance. Therefore, the cancellation rules for tourists who register for this special train are as follows:

(1) If the travel advance payment is cancelled due to personal reasons after collection, the advance payment will not be refunded;
(2) The final payment shall be made 30 days before the departure date. If the final payment is not paid due to any personal reasons, it shall be deemed as automatic waiver and the advance payment shall not be refunded;
(3) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons 15-29 days before the departure date (inclusive), 50% of the contract amount will be charged;
(4) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons 1-14 days before the departure date (inclusive), 85% of the contract amount will be charged;
(5) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons on the day of departure or during the itinerary, 100% of the contract amount will be charged.
Renaming rules:
Tourists can change their travel personnel 3 days before departure without any loss.

1. Anyone who is physically and mentally healthy and optimistic can apply. Those with severe hypertension, heart disease, asthma and other illnesses are not suitable to participate in this trip. Prior notice must be given when registering. Those who conceal their condition will bear the corresponding consequences. For those with serious conditions, our company has the right to persuade them to withdraw or terminate the contract during the trip.
2. Elderly tourists should pay special attention to their physical health condition to determine whether they are suitable for participating in this trip. Tourists over 70 years old are required to provide a physical examination report within six months and sign a health exemption commitment letter. Tourists over 75 years old must be accompanied by their immediate family members before traveling.
3. Xinjiang belongs to the northwest region and has a different economy compared to the mainland, so there are differences in food, accommodation, and transportation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
4. The difference in daily routine between Xinjiang and Beijing is about two hours, and Beijing time is used throughout Xinjiang. Therefore, the rest time in Xinjiang is around 24:00 in the evening, and the morning work time is around 10:00.
5. There is a large temperature difference between morning and evening, with a maximum temperature difference of 20 degrees. When sleeping at night, the air conditioning should be turned on moderately, and not too cold, or not covered with a cotton blanket, which may cause discomfort to the body.
6. Due to the vast territory of Xinjiang and the long travel time by car, in many cases, tourists need to get off and walk or personally experience the fun of horseback riding and camel riding. So, a suitable pair of shoes is particularly important.
7. Although the temperature in Xinjiang is slightly lower, due to the high altitude in many areas, ultraviolet radiation is intense. So tourists should prepare sufficient and effective sunscreen products, as well as medications or granules that can clear heat, quench thirst, and moisturize, such as Xia Sangju granules, to avoid being unable to withstand excessively dry and hot weather for a while. If passengers experience motion sickness, please bring your own motion sickness medication.
8. When traveling in Xinjiang, due to the long itinerary and significant climate differences, tourists may find it difficult to adapt and may experience symptoms of discomfort. Tourists should bring relevant medications and some common medicines, such as band aids, cold medicine, or medication for gastrointestinal discomfort.
9. Xinjiang is a land of fruits, and eating fruits in Xinjiang is a great pleasure. However, do not drink hot tea after eating fruits to avoid diarrhea.
10. Xinjiang is a region inhabited by various ethnic minorities, with a strong religious color. Ethnic groups who believe in Islam do not eat pork, which is their biggest taboo in life and must not be offended.
