Notice for Joining the Team
1. Discounted flight tickets are non refundable and non changeable. Please bring valid identification for adults and household registration for children; Air conditioned tour buses will be used throughout the entire journey, with one seat per person. If the number of people is less than 8, tour guide and driver services will be provided. If there are special requirements for vehicles, please inform us in advance and re evaluate the price. During the tour bus's arrival at tourist attractions and restaurants, guests will disembark together and will not be allowed to board the bus separately to rest or turn on the air conditioning. Valuable items cannot be stored in the car.
2. If tourists need to add shopping or participate in additional paid tourism projects, they need to negotiate with the local travel agency and sign relevant voluntary contracts or certificates locally. We kindly ask all tourists to consume rationally.
3. Some hotels in Guangxi have lower standards compared to mainland China. In case of special circumstances such as tight hotel rooms during peak seasons or temporary government requisition, travel agencies have the right to adjust to hotels of the same level standard. Natural single rooms will not be provided throughout the entire process, and any room differences or extra bed fees must be borne by the individual; The hotel limits check-out time to 12:00 AM. For late flight returns, it is recommended to store your luggage at the hotel front desk and rest in a free or self paid hourly room.
4. We promise not to reduce the menu, but the price level in tourist cities is relatively high, and the dishes in each team's restaurant are quite similar, so the meals may not meet our requirements. We suggest that you bring some pickled vegetables or chili sauce to accompany your meals. Travel agencies are not liable for economic compensation for gastrointestinal diseases caused by unauthorized consumption of unclean food and seafood. Breakfast is included in the hotel room and is non refundable. The main meal is operated according to the product dining standards and does not include alcohol.
5. The ticket included in the itinerary refers to the first ticket to enter the scenic area, and does not include electric scooters or other separately paid small tickets within the scenic area. Scenic spot tickets are for group entry (excluding electric scooters or cable cars within the scenic spot), and are a complimentary item. In the event that the scenic spot cannot be visited due to force majeure or policy adjustments, our company has the right to cancel or replace it with another equivalent scenic spot. The complimentary scenic spot and the tourist waive the content already included in the contract, and the fee is non refundable. We also have the right to adjust the scenic spot and accommodation order accordingly.
6. Due to the fact that the travel agency organizes group tours for individual travelers, minors must be accompanied by adults for travel. It is recommended that people with disabilities, the elderly, and those with limited mobility have family and friends to take care of them. It is not recommended for those who are physically weak, sick, or pregnant to participate in the tour. Otherwise, our agency will not be responsible for any inconvenience or problems caused.
7. The quotation for this product is a comprehensive discounted price. Holders of military officer certificates, tour guide certificates, journalist certificates, teacher certificates, student certificates, senior citizen certificates, and other certificates cannot waive the admission fee; The note in parentheses after the scenic area indicates the time from arrival to departure from the scenic area.
8. The pick-up and drop off station/airport is provided by the driver, and the tour guide is not accompanying.
9. Please truthfully fill out the local 'Tourist Opinion Form'. The complaints and demands of tourists are mainly based on the opinion form filled out by tourists themselves in Guilin. If not filled in or filled in incorrectly, complaints after returning will not be accepted. If there are any objections to the service standards of the travel agency during the trip, please resolve them locally. If they cannot be resolved locally during the trip, they should be filed locally.
Reminder: Travel complaints are valid for 30 days from the date of return to the place of departure.
Kind Reminder
1. This group tour is a group tour, and there may be situations where guests wait for other guests after arriving in the local area. Please follow the tour guide's arrangements and ask for your understanding!
2. In the event of force majeure or with the signatures of all guests, the tour guide may adjust the order of the tour based on the actual situation, while ensuring that the tour content remains unchanged; If a scenic spot cannot be visited due to force majeure factors, it will be refunded according to the agreed price of the travel agency;
3. During the tourism period, if a guest leaves the group without authorization, forcibly leaves the group, or does not participate in any team activities (including hotels, meals, attractions, etc.) within the itinerary, all fees not incurred will not be refunded. Guests are responsible for all consequences of such situations, and any actions taken by guests during their departure from the group are not related to the travel agency.
4. Please do not put valuable items and emergency medicines for personal use in checked baggage to avoid loss or impact on urgent needs. Please also keep it safe during the travel process.
5. Train tickets are booked under real name registration, and the allocated slots are randomly generated, so the rationality of the slots cannot be guaranteed. Customers need to fax their ID card to our company or go to the train station to refund their tickets themselves. Therefore, if the guest is unable to participate in the group due to his/her own reasons or force majeure factors, the total loss of the train ticket shall be borne by the guest (including the non local train ticket). The guest needs accurate name and ID number number (subject to the ID card) to register. In case of any error, the loss shall be borne by the guest. Please understand!
6. Travel agencies are unable to control flight delays, changes, cancellations, etc. due to factors such as capacity and weather. In such cases, travel agencies will do their best to avoid further losses and coordinate with airlines. The travel agency may make corresponding adjustments to the itinerary as a result, and we kindly ask for the cooperation and understanding of tourists at that time.
7. Group members' complaints are based on the "Tourist Information Feedback Form" filled out locally. Please fill it out carefully and truthfully.
8. If the number of group members during the off-season is less than 6, we will provide tour guide and driver services
9. This itinerary is a group tour for individual travelers. The tour guide has the right to adjust the order of the itinerary according to local conditions, making it easier for everyone to enjoy. Please understand and cooperate. Thank you.
Starting from July 1, 2014, individuals who have been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court will be unable to purchase air tickets for travel. If the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement is entered into the ticket team website for ticket issuance, and there is a problem of being unable to issue tickets due to dishonest persons among the passengers, the losses incurred shall be borne by the guests themselves, and the paid ticket price shall not be refunded.
If a tourist requests to withdraw from the group after registration, a loss fee will be charged based on the actual losses incurred (such as ticket or train ticket damage, room damage, and other actual losses incurred).
