Remarks (please read carefully when signing the contract):1. If the itinerary is delayed or unable to complete the scenic spot tour due to uncontrollable factors such as wind, snow, landslides, traffic congestion, vehicle malfunctions, etc., the travel agency shall not be held responsible, and the accommodation and meal expenses incurred shall be borne by the tourists themselves.
2. If the team is stranded, delayed or suffers losses due to force majeure factors, and the resulting accommodation and meal expenses are borne by the guests, our company will assist in arranging them; Due to special reasons causing standard errors, refunds and supplements will be made based on the actual situation; Our company reserves the right to temporarily adjust the travel itinerary without reducing the number of tourist attractions.
3. Please manage your belongings well to avoid loss. Follow the tour guide's arrangements and local customs during the journey. Guests must be cautious when participating in self funded projects outside the itinerary. Any losses caused by accidents will be coordinated by the guests themselves with the scenic area, and the travel agency will not bear any losses.
4. This itinerary is a group tour for individual travelers, not an independent group tour organized by a travel agency. Please sign the individual group tour agreement when signing the travel contract. Our society will monitor the quality of the group at any time. Please understand the limitations of individual group tours and communicate with our agency in a timely manner regarding team quality issues, so as to assist in resolving them in a timely manner; (This only applies to individual group buying).
5. If a car breaks down, our company will supervise the driver to repair or replace the car according to the situation. It is allowed to eliminate the fault within three hours. Please understand. If it exceeds three hours, our company will only be responsible for compensation at our discretion, and will provide compensation of 5-10 yuan/person per hour for the excess.
6. Article 15 of the Tourism Law stipulates that when tourists purchase or receive tourism services, they shall truthfully disclose personal health information related to tourism activities to tourism operators and comply with safety warning regulations during tourism activities.
Special populations include but are not limited to minors, elderly people (including those aged 70 and above), critically ill patients, pregnant women, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, circulatory system diseases, hypertension and mental illnesses, as well as chronic diseases that are prone to recurrence during travel and may threaten life safety.
Special group stores need to sign a "Tourist Health Commitment Letter" and travel precautions with tourists.
