1. Due to the special period of the epidemic, all tourists participating in the tour group are required to voluntarily present legal and valid documents. Any responsibility and consequences arising from the failure to present or use forged documents shall be borne by the tourists themselves.
2. During the free activity period, tour guides cannot provide services. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. When tourists purchase food or specialty products at scenic spots or boat docks, they need to pay attention to the shelf life of the goods. If they want to buy cooked food, they need to pay attention to food hygiene, and it is strongly recommended not to purchase.
3. You can follow a tour guide or visit the scenic area on your own. However, with many people entering the scenic area, it is easy to get separated. It is difficult for a tour guide to follow every tourist in the scenic area, so it is mainly done by oneself. If you get separated from the tour guide, please return to the boat or car within the specified time.
4. Travel agencies solemnly remind tourists not to visit or participate in projects or activities that violate Chinese laws, regulations, social ethics, and relevant laws, customs, and religious taboos of tourist destinations.
5. Rest at night, pay attention to checking whether the doors and windows are closed properly, and keep valuable items close to your body.
6. The above time is for reference only. If there are any changes to the itinerary due to other factors during the trip, our company will do our best to coordinate. According to the actual itinerary, tourists voluntarily agree to the travel agency to adjust the travel sequence without lowering the travel standard. Due to serious circumstances that result in the inability to fulfill the contract and itinerary, our company shall not be held responsible for any breach of contract. The increase in costs caused by this will be borne by the tourists themselves, and the reduced costs will be fully refunded by our company. If the Little Three Gorges cannot be visited due to upstream floods, a refund of 10 yuan per person will be given.
7. Require guests to comply with the travel itinerary, properly keep valid documents and personal belongings. If guests leave the group midway, they must provide a written explanation to the tour guide in advance. All responsibilities during the departure process are borne by the guests themselves, and any fees not incurred will not be refunded. Guests leaving the group on their own will be considered as automatically leaving the group. Any missed itinerary or other safety incidents caused by guests leaving the group are not related to the travel agency. From the moment the guest leaves the group, it shall be deemed as voluntary abandonment of all tourism projects and comprehensive travel agency services.
8. The reception quality is mainly based on the feedback form filled out by local tourists during the trip. Guests must fill it out carefully. If there are any quality issues during the trip, please coordinate with the tour guide in a timely manner. If the coordination and handling of the tour guide are not satisfactory to you, please call the registration service hotline in a timely manner, and we will handle it as soon as possible. Before the end of the journey, please truthfully fill out the "Tourist Opinion Form" (which is an important document for safeguarding the rights and interests of tourists). We will use this as one of the basis for customers to evaluate the quality of our tourism reception. We do not accept any disputes or complaints arising from false or non filled out opinion forms. If there are any objections to our reception services or standards during the trip, please raise them in a timely manner and resolve them locally. If there is no feedback on the reception quality throughout the entire journey, and a complaint about the reception quality is raised after returning without any evidence, our company will consider it an invalid complaint.
