Travel Notice (please read carefully when signing the contract):
1. Please arrive at the designated location at the designated time and board the bus according to the relevant departure signs. If the bus is missed due to the tourist's own reasons, the loss shall be borne by the tourist.
2. The itinerary includes scattered pick-up points for group tours, and due to poor transportation in some areas, tourists are waiting. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
3. The time indicated in the itinerary is a reference time. Due to traffic congestion or a large number of visitors to tourist attractions, the itinerary may be delayed. The specific time will be subject to the actual situation on the day.
4. Under the principle of not affecting tourists' visits to scenic spots, travel agencies reserve the right to temporarily adjust their travel itineraries, and tour guides may adjust the order of visits reasonably according to the actual situation.
5. During the free travel period, according to the itinerary agreement, the travel agency will no longer provide driver or tour guide services. Tourists are advised to pay attention to personal and property safety.
6. If the team is stranded, delayed or suffers losses due to force majeure factors, the expenses incurred shall be borne by the tourists themselves, and the travel agency will assist in arranging them; Due to special reasons causing standard errors, refunds and supplements will be made based on the actual situation.
7. This itinerary is strictly implemented in accordance with the new tourism law, and relevant consumption tips have been indicated during the itinerary. Tourists should consume voluntarily during the journey, and the tour guide will never force consumption. Any disputes arising from this are not related to the travel agency, so please consume with caution.
8. Tourists should take good care of their personal belongings during the travel process. If any property is lost, the travel agency will not be held responsible.
9. Tourists are not allowed to visit or participate in projects or activities that violate Chinese laws, regulations, social ethics, and relevant laws, customs, and religious taboos of tourist destinations;
10. During the journey, if there is a vehicle malfunction, the travel agency is responsible for supervising the driver to repair or replace the vehicle. If there is a delay of less than three hours each time, and it does not affect the reduction of tourist attractions, the travel agency will not bear any responsibility. Thank you for your understanding. If it exceeds three hours and causes complaints from tourists, the travel agency is only responsible for compensation at its discretion. In principle, the compensation standard is 5 RMB per hour, with a maximum of 10 hours. In the event of a vehicle air conditioning malfunction, the compensation standard is the same as above.
11. The opinion form is an important basis for evaluating the quality of tourism reception. Tourists are requested to truthfully fill in their opinions, suggestions, or commendations after the tour is completed; If there are any quality issues or disputes with the reception, please raise them locally and resolve them through consultation. If consultation fails, you may file a complaint with the relevant department. We regret to inform you that we do not accept any disputes arising from false filling, false filling, or failure to fill in the form, as well as complaints about exceeding the deadline.
