Please carefully read the following content when signing this itinerary contract during registration. Signing the contract means accepting the following content:
1. Maintain good physical health and ensure that one's own conditions are sufficient to complete the itinerary; Over 2 years old or under 70 years old, without hearing or visual impairments, without any diseases that are not suitable for long-distance or high-altitude travel, with a medical history and physical disabilities; Any consequences resulting from concealment shall be borne by the tourists themselves.
2. Please provide valid and correct identity information when signing the contract, and carry your identification documents with you during the trip. Any losses caused by forgetting or losing them, such as inability to enter the scenic area or check-in at the hotel, shall be borne by the tourist themselves.
3. The car seat adopts the principle of first come, first served and original seat. If there is motion sickness or elderly tourists need to sit in the front seat, they can board the car at the first stop by themselves, and the travel agency does not reserve parking spaces in order.
4. If the itinerary is delayed or unable to complete the scenic spot tour due to uncontrollable factors such as wind, snow, landslides, traffic congestion, vehicle malfunctions, etc., the travel agency will not be held responsible, and the expenses incurred will be borne by the tourists themselves.
5. If the team is stranded, delayed or suffers losses due to force majeure factors, and the resulting accommodation and meal expenses are borne by the guests, our company will assist in arranging them; Due to special reasons causing standard errors, refunds and supplements will be made based on the actual situation; Our company reserves the right to temporarily adjust the travel itinerary without reducing the number of tourist attractions.
6. Please manage your belongings properly throughout the entire process to avoid loss. During the journey, it is essential to follow the arrangements of the tour guide and adhere to local customs. Guests must be cautious when participating in self funded projects outside of the itinerary. Any losses resulting from accidents will be coordinated between the guests and the scenic area, and the travel agency will not bear any losses.
7. Risk warning for activities outside the tour itinerary: Apart from the contract agreement signed between the tourist and our company and the confirmed service content in the tour itinerary, our company will not actively provide any additional services. Any service content and travel behavior that is not explained in writing by our company and signed with a service agreement will be deemed as a voluntary act of the tourist, and is part of the tourist's free arrangement of activities. The tourist understands and assumes all service content and risks. Our company solemnly advises tourists not to participate in any sightseeing activities that may pose a danger and harm their personal and property safety.
8. Tourists are advised to pay attention to safety in various service areas or public areas during their itinerary, such as temporary parking spaces on highways, airport or transportation waiting areas, car cabins, hotel or hotel staircases, and other public areas. Be careful when walking in case of rain, slippery ground, improper clothing, or light and dark conditions to prevent falling or slipping. Please be sure to carefully read the relevant precautions of the scenic area when visiting it to ensure your own safety.
9. The opinion sheet is an important basis for evaluating the quality of tourism reception. Tourists are requested to truthfully fill in their opinions, suggestions, or commendations after completing their tour itinerary; If there are any quality issues or disputes with the reception, please raise them locally and resolve them through consultation. If consultation fails, you may file a complaint with the relevant department. 10. Regarding the explanation of single room difference: The cost of the product itinerary for two-day or multi day tours only includes one bed per night for adults. If there is a single man and a single woman in the group and no same-sex group members live together, please make up for the single room difference locally.
11. Tourists are not allowed to visit or participate in projects or activities that violate Chinese laws, regulations, social ethics, and relevant laws, customs, and religious taboos of tourist destinations.
12. Rest at night, pay attention to checking whether the doors and windows are closed properly, and keep valuable items close to your body.
13. Please arrive at the designated location at the designated time and board the bus according to the relevant departure signs. If the bus is missed due to the tourist's own reasons, the loss shall be borne by the tourist.
14. You can follow a tour guide or visit the scenic area on your own. After entering the scenic area, it is easy to get separated, and it is difficult for the tour guide to follow every tourist inside the scenic area. Therefore, it is mainly necessary to travel within the scenic area by oneself. If you get separated from the tour guide, please gather in the parking lot outside the scenic area at the designated time.
15. During holidays, due to the high volume of visitors, it is normal to have to wait in line to enter the scenic area. Tourists are kindly requested to understand and cooperate with the arrangements of the tour guide and scenic area staff. Any consequences arising from unreasonable behavior by tourists shall be borne by the guests themselves.
16. Tourists are aware that the visited area includes a shopping environment. The extension of stay time caused by tourists themselves is not included in the calculation. If there is any purchasing behavior, please request a shopping voucher and keep it properly; The scenic spots, stops, and other self operated or derivative places that must be passed through during the travel process and contain shopping possibilities are not separate shopping activities arranged by the travel agency. Please pay special attention to selection and choose carefully. Before making payment, it is necessary to carefully inspect the goods to ensure that they are in good condition, with complete accessories and corresponding identification certificates, and to have a clear understanding of the after-sales service process for the goods; Our company does not assume any liability for incidental compensation.
17. If a car breaks down, our company will supervise the driver to repair or replace the car according to the situation. It is allowed to eliminate the fault within three hours. Please understand. If it exceeds three hours, our company will only be responsible for compensation at our discretion, and will provide compensation of 5-10 yuan/person per hour for the excess.
18. Booking tips for patients, pregnant women, and those with limited mobility
In order to ensure a smooth travel and prevent personal accidents during the journey, tourists are requested to undergo a necessary physical examination before departure. If any of the following situations exist, our company cannot accommodate them due to limited service capacity:
(1) Patients with infectious diseases, such as infectious hepatitis, active tuberculosis, typhoid fever, etc.
(2) Patients with cardiovascular diseases, such as severe hypertension, heart failure, myocardial hypoxia, myocardial infarction, etc.
(3) Patients with cerebrovascular diseases, such as cerebral embolism, cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumors, etc.
(4) Patients with respiratory system diseases, such as emphysema, pulmonary heart disease, etc.
(5) Psychiatric patients, such as epilepsy and various psychiatric patients.
(6) Patients with severe anemia, such as those with hemoglobin levels below 50 grams per liter.

(8) Pregnant women and individuals with limited mobility.
19. Other precautions

(4) Dining while traveling in different places can easily lead to discomfort with the local environment. Tourists are advised to bring their own commonly used medications.

(8) The opening hours of the scenic area shall be subject to the announcement on the same day.
