2. [Single Room Price Difference] If a VIP needs to change to a single room, an additional price difference will be charged;
3. [Self arranged itinerary] VIPs can extend their vacation or add self selected self paid itineraries and fees to be paid;
4. [Other Expenses] Such as additional expenses incurred due to force majeure such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, as well as special circumstances such as traffic delays, flight cancellations or changes in time, or other reasons not caused by our company (such as delayed accommodation, food, and transportation expenses outside);
5. [Self care] Please bear the costs not mentioned in the above quotation.

Tourists are aware and aware that railway transportation is related to the national economy and people's livelihood. Railway transportation organization follows the principle of unified dispatch and command. In case of unforeseeable events or related departments' scheduling, construction, line accidents, vehicle failures, line heavy lines, etc., which cause the travel special train to be advanced or delayed, our company will notify 7 days in advance. If the travel special train cannot be operated, our company will notify 5 days in advance, and the travel agency will not bear any breach of contract liability. If the above situation occurs and the tourist agrees to reschedule after consultation, the travel agency will reimburse the relevant reasonable rescheduling expenses for the already traveled tourist. The specific departure time and stopping point of the special train shall be subject to the orders of relevant departments! Due to reasons such as railway system scheduling, construction, line accidents, vehicle malfunctions, and changes in train schedules, the delay of tourist trains and other factors that affect tourist travel itineraries are considered force majeure factors, and travel agencies shall not be held responsible for any breach of contract!

Due to the charter nature of the tourist special train, travel agencies need to pay the railway department's performance guarantee deposit, hotel deposit and other fees in advance. Therefore, the cancellation rules for tourists who register for this special train are as follows:
(1) If the travel advance payment is cancelled due to personal reasons after collection, the advance payment will not be refunded;
(2) The final payment shall be made 45 days before the departure date. If the final payment is not paid due to any personal reasons, it shall be deemed as automatic waiver and the advance payment shall not be refunded;
(3) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons 15-29 days before the departure date (inclusive), 50% of the contract amount will be charged;
(4) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons 1-14 days before the departure date (inclusive), 70% of the contract amount will be charged;
(5) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons on the departure day, 85% of the contract amount will be charged;
Tourists can change their travel personnel no later than 3 days before departure without any loss (except for booking tickets on behalf of others).

1. Plateau preparation: Due to the high altitude of some destinations on this trip, please prepare effective medications to alleviate altitude sickness in advance and make corresponding preparations.
2. Climate and sunscreen measures: The plateau area has a dry climate with strong solar radiation and ultraviolet rays. Please bring protective articles such as sunglasses, sun hats, sunscreen and lipstick to protect your skin and eyes when you travel.
3. Temperature difference changes and clothing preparation: In high-altitude areas where there is a large temperature difference between morning and evening, it is recommended to prepare long sleeved clothes and winter jackets to cope with temperature changes and ensure comfort and safety.
4. Common medicines and health protection: In order to cope with possible emergencies, it is recommended to bring some common medicines, such as cold medicine, gastrointestinal medicine, aspirin, etc.
5. In the actual travel of this product, without reducing the number of attractions/venues and obtaining your consent, ambassadors and drivers may make appropriate adjustments to your itinerary based on weather, transportation, and other conditions (such as adjusting the order of sightseeing/visiting attractions/venues, changing the gathering time, etc.).
To ensure a pleasant journey for tourists and ensure their personal safety, please follow the arrangements of the tour guide for all activities upon arrival at the tourist destination; If tourists leave the group or participate in other group activities without authorization, our company will consider the contract terminated in advance and charge necessary fees. If the tourist's own reasons (including but not limited to not arriving at the gathering place on time, being unable to contact without permission, etc.) result in changes or disruptions to the scenic spot and tour schedule, the consequences shall be borne by the tourist themselves, and the travel agency shall not be held responsible.
During the free activity period, according to the itinerary agreement, the travel agency will no longer provide driver or tour guide services. Tourists are advised to pay attention to personal and property safety.
8. If you have any objections to the service or reception standards of the travel agency during the trip, please raise them in a timely manner locally or contact our tour guide for resolution. If any issues have not been properly handled, please contact your registered business department in a timely manner for better resolution; Tourist complaints are mainly based on the opinion forms (forms) filled out at the tourist destination. In order to protect your rights and interests, please fill out the form carefully. We do not accept any disputes or complaints arising from false filling or failure to fill out the opinion form (form).
9. In the event of any losses or consequences caused by uncontrollable factors such as weather, natural disasters, government policies, military, etc., resulting in delays, cancellations, or delays of air, train, or ship transportation, our company shall not bear any costs or legal responsibilities. If the scenic spot cannot be visited, the travel agency shall be responsible for refunding the agreed ticket price; Any increase in costs shall be borne by the customer themselves; Due to uncontrollable factors causing changes or cancellations in the itinerary, our company will do our best to coordinate. According to the actual itinerary, tourists agree that the travel agency will adjust the sequence of travel and housing without lowering the travel standard. When traveling as a team, it is important to have a sense of collectivism and time management. During the trip, do not engage in activities without permission to avoid falling behind and wasting the team's time.
10. If tourists participate in local activities such as diving, parachuting, skiing, ice skating, gliding, hunting, rock climbing, exploration, martial arts, wrestling, stunts, horse racing, racing, bungee jumping, go karting, drifting, horseback riding and other high-risk activities on their own during the trip, please consider whether to participate based on their own physical health and age factors. Our company recommends that minors who travel independently, elderly people over 55 years old, people with a history of heart disease and those who are not suitable to participate in the above projects should not participate in the above projects, as there are certain safety risks in the above projects! If the representative has already signed a contract or the tourist freely participates in the above projects at the time of signing, it shall be deemed that they have fully understood and comprehended the risks associated with the above projects. Any injuries caused by the tourist's own reasons shall be the responsibility of the tourist.
11. Tourists who suffer from serious heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, pancreatitis, coronary heart disease, cancer and other diseases or have reached the age of 80 are advised not to sign up for the delegation. Tourists who conceal all responsibilities and the related expenses incurred therefrom should be borne by themselves! Due to the fact that insurance companies do not cover elderly people over 75 years old and infants under 3 years old, or the coverage amount will be adjusted to 50% of the normal population in accordance with the law, tourists in this age group who participate in tour groups and encounter unexpected situations will be compensated according to the relevant regulations of the insurance company. If the insurance company's compensation is insufficient, the tourists will bear the responsibility on their own.
12. Our company has the right to adjust the order of sightseeing or the order of sightseeing in multiple cities according to the actual situation, without reducing the number of scenic spots. In the event of force majeure factors such as landslides, heavy snow blocking mountains, traffic congestion, strikes, trains, etc., which cause changes in the itinerary of the special train (ending the trip earlier or later), our company will refund the fees that have not been incurred and will not bear any liability for breach of contract.
13. There is a certain gap between the local hotels and catering conditions and those in mainland China. We kindly ask for your understanding. Dining while traveling in other places can easily lead to discomfort. Tourists are advised to bring their own commonly used medicines.
14. Principle of Room Allocation: Couples and members of the group should try to arrange the same room as much as possible without affecting the total number of rooms. However, if there is a single male and single female room due to this, the tour guide or leader has the right to split the couple or arrange an extra bed. Guests who require single occupancy are required to make up for the difference in single room.
15. If a guest suffers an accidental injury during the tour, the local agency will assist the guest in hospitalization for examination and treatment, and handle relevant insurance claim procedures in accordance with national regulations and procedures. If financial damage or physical injury occurs during the travel itinerary, it is necessary to report and undergo medical examination at the place of occurrence. If the tourist feels that there is no problem and voluntarily gives up and completes the entire itinerary, all consequences and expenses incurred after the return trip shall be borne by the tourist themselves. In the above situations, travel agencies will no longer bear any other compensation responsibilities.
