Due to reasons such as the train schedule of China Railway Corporation, if the special train departs earlier or later, our company will notify 5 days in advance; If the special train cannot operate, we will notify you 5 days in advance. We will not be held responsible for any breach of contract due to the above reasons; Additionally, the specific train times and stops indicated in the itinerary are for reference only. In case of any discrepancies during actual operation, please refer to the railway department's regulations!
Due to the special nature of the special train, if the tourist is unable to travel on time due to personal reasons after registration, they can change their travel personnel 7 days before departure without any loss. If they cancel the group and there is no one to replace them, a loss fee will be charged, which is not the full fare. Therefore, our company has the right to use this shop. The losses incurred by guests who withdraw from the group are as follows:
(1) If the prepaid travel fee is cancelled due to personal reasons, the prepaid group fee will not be refunded;
(2) The final payment must be paid 30 days (inclusive) before the departure date. If the final payment is not paid due to any personal reasons, it shall be deemed as automatic waiver and the advance payment shall not be refunded;
(3) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons 15-29 days before the departure date (inclusive), 60% of the contract amount will be charged;
(4) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons 1-14 days before the departure date (inclusive), 80% of the contract amount will be charged;
(5) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons on the day of departure or during the trip, 100% of the contract amount will be charged;
