Cancellation & Change Policy
Tourists are aware and aware that railway transportation is related to the national economy and people's livelihood. Railway transportation organization follows the principle of unified dispatch and command. In case of unforeseeable events or related departments' scheduling, construction, line accidents, vehicle failures, line heavy lines, etc., which cause the travel special train to be advanced or delayed, our company will notify 7 days in advance. If the travel special train cannot be operated, our company will notify 5 days in advance, and the travel agency will not bear any breach of contract liability. If the above situation occurs and the tourist agrees to reschedule after consultation, the travel agency will reimburse the relevant reasonable rescheduling expenses for the already traveled tourist. The specific departure time and stopping point of the special train shall be subject to the orders of relevant departments! Due to the charter nature of the tourist special train, travel agencies need to pay the railway department's performance guarantee deposit, hotel deposit and other fees in advance. Therefore, the cancellation rules for tourists who register for this special train are as follows:
(1) Registration requires a travel prepayment of ¥ 20000 per person. If the prepayment is cancelled due to personal reasons of the guest, the prepayment will not be refunded;
(2) The final payment must be paid 45 days before departure. If the final payment is not paid on time due to any personal reasons, it will be deemed as automatic waiver and the advance payment will not be refunded;
(3) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons 15-44 days before the departure date (inclusive), 60% of the contract amount will be charged;
(4) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons 1-14 days before the departure date (inclusive), 80% of the contract amount will be charged;
(5) If the trip is cancelled due to personal reasons on the departure day, 100% of the contract amount will be charged;
(6) The special train is a chartered train, and after the contract is signed, the ticket cannot be changed, shared, changed or refunded.
