Cancellation & Change Policy

Travelers fully understand and acknowledge that railway transportation is vital to national economy and people’s livelihood. Railway operations are subject to unified dispatching and command. Should the tourist charter train fail to depart due to force majeure events including emergencies, dispatching arrangements of competent authorities, construction works, track incidents, rolling stock malfunctions, double-track operation constraints and other unforeseeable causes, the travel agency shall not bear any liability for breach of contract. The actual departure time and stops of the charter train shall be subject to the orders issued by the competent authorities!

Any delay or disruption to the tourist itinerary caused by railway timetable adjustments, track construction, track incidents, rolling stock breakdowns, changes to operation plans or other railway operational events shall be deemed force majeure. Under such circumstances, the travel agency shall not assume any liability for breach of contract.
