1. Patients with severe hypertension, heart disease, asthma and other diseases that are prone to sudden onset, as well as infectious diseases, mental illnesses and other illnesses that are not suitable for travel, are not allowed to participate. Tourists who conceal their illness shall bear the corresponding consequences. For those with serious illness, our company has the right to persuade them to withdraw or terminate the contract during the trip;
2. Tourists over 70 years old are required to submit a physical examination report within six months, and those over 75 years old must also be accompanied by their immediate family members;
3. 'Certified medical staff accompanying' refers to health ambassadors with qualifications as physicians or nurses and rich clinical experience accompanying tourists on trains;
4. Tourists who suffer from serious heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, pancreatitis, coronary heart disease, cancer and other diseases or have reached the age of 80 or above are advised not to sign up for the delegation. Tourists who conceal all responsibilities and the related expenses incurred therefrom should be borne by themselves! Due to the fact that insurance companies do not provide coverage or adjust the coverage to 50% of the normal population for elderly people over 75 years old and infants under 3 years old, tourists in this age group who participate in tour groups and encounter unexpected situations will be compensated according to the relevant regulations of the insurance company. The planned itinerary description is for reference, and the departure date, stops, duration, and route of the tourist train are subject to the final passenger dispatch order of the relevant railway departments. If there is a change in the operation plan of the special train, reasonable adjustments will be made to the travel time, sightseeing sequence, dining and accommodation arrangements of the planned itinerary. The adjustment will ensure that the standard rights and interests of tourists are not compromised as a result of this adjustment.
