1、 The requirements for unified handling of children under the age of 16 traveling together are as follows:
1. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to apply for a border management zone pass separately and must be accompanied by their guardian to apply together. When applying, a medical birth certificate or household registration book must be presented (a copy can be provided if the original is not carried), and only the child's ID card cannot be processed.
2. If the first guardian (parents) does not attend, the second guardian (grandparents, great grandparents) must provide a power of attorney to authorize the second guardian to accompany them (the power of attorney must be signed and stamped by both first guardians, and the original power of attorney, a copy of the principal's ID card, and the original ID card of the entrusted person must be submitted).
3. If other non direct relatives accompany the guardian, a power of attorney must be issued by the first guardian (parents) and notarized, otherwise it will not have legal effect.
4. The personnel handling the certificate should strictly follow the relevant requirements of the accompanying bank and should not simplify the process. Children under the age of 16 who have not completed the accompanying procedures are not allowed to directly enter the border management area.

Cancellation & Change Policy
Tourists are aware and aware that railway transportation is related to the national economy and people's livelihood. Railway transportation organization follows the principle of unified dispatch and command. If the tourism special train cannot operate due to unforeseeable reasons such as emergencies or related department dispatch, construction, line accidents, vehicle failures, or heavy lines, the tourism agency shall not bear any breach of contract liability. The specific departure time and stopping point of the special train shall be subject to the orders of relevant departments! Due to reasons such as railway system scheduling, construction, line accidents, vehicle malfunctions, and changes in train schedules, the delay of tourist trains and other factors that affect tourist travel itineraries are considered force majeure factors, and travel agencies shall not be held responsible for any breach of contract!
If the order is cancelled due to tourist reasons, the fee deduction standard is as follows:
More than 91 days before the departure date: 10% of the contract amount will be charged;
90-80 days before the departure date (inclusive): 15% of the contract amount will be charged;
79-70 days before the departure date (inclusive): 20% of the contract amount will be charged;
69-60 days before the departure date (inclusive): 30% of the contract amount will be charged;
59-45 days before the departure date (inclusive): 60% of the contract amount will be charged;
44-31 days before the departure date (inclusive): 80% of the contract amount will be charged;
30 days before the departure date (inclusive): 100% of the contract amount will be charged.
Important Notes
1. Plateau preparation: Due to the high altitude of some destinations on this trip, please prepare effective medications and corresponding preparations in advance to alleviate altitude sickness.
2. Climate and sunscreen measures: The plateau climate is dry, and the sun radiation and ultraviolet rays are strong. Please bring protective articles such as sunglasses, sun hats, sunscreen and lipstick to protect your skin and eyes when you travel.
3. Temperature difference and clothing preparation: In high-altitude areas, there is a large temperature difference between morning and evening. It is recommended to prepare long sleeved clothes and winter jackets to cope with temperature changes and ensure comfort and safety.
4. Common medicines and health protection: In order to cope with possible emergencies, it is recommended to bring some common medicines, such as cold medicine, gastrointestinal medicine, aspirin, etc.
5. 7. Rest more when entering the plateau for the first time. If you have high fever, do not wash your hair or take a shower for the first 3 days. Drink plenty of water and avoid drinking raw water. Instead, drink mineral water and hot water to prevent gastrointestinal discomfort. Diet should be moderate, and overeating should be avoided to avoid increasing gastrointestinal burden.
8. During the trip, we will pass through multi-ethnic settlements with many customs and taboos. Our way of life is different from coastal areas, and our personality is different from that of the Han ethnic group. We should follow the arrangements of the vacation ambassador. Please respect the culture and customs of ethnic regions, and respect ethnic etiquette.
9. Due to limited voltage load in the train compartments, please do not connect power strips or use high-power appliances such as electric kettles on your own.
